Mala Mia concisely presents the prices of each product, including the ICMS tax rate according to current law, which is already included in the price shown. Shipping costs and other applicable additional costs will be added to this price.
Product information, prices, content, images, and videos may be updated and changed by Mala Mia at any time without prior notice.
Mala Mia reserves the right to withdraw or modify any product from this website at any time. We will always do our best to process all orders, but there may be circumstances that cause us to refuse to process an order, and we reserve the right to do so. Whenever this happens, we will inform the customer and issue a refund.
Payment methods
To pay for your order, Mala Mia offers the following payment methods: Multibanco, MB Way, and Visa.
Product availability
All products available at Mala Mia can be purchased, except in cases of limited stock. Products may become unavailable without prior notice, but in such circumstances, they will be clearly identified on the website. The order will only be prepared and availability verified after payment confirmation. During this period, items are not reserved.
Limitation of liability
By accepting or placing orders on this website, you acknowledge that Mala Mia does not sponsor any website that links to its website and that Mala Mia is not responsible for the content of that website.
By creating and using a Mala Mia account, the customer is responsible for its maintenance, confidentiality, and all activity originating from their account.
When placing orders, the customer expressly and unequivocally accepts the Terms and Conditions in their most up-to-date version.
Mala Mia is not responsible for any damages, directly or indirectly related to the use or inability to use the products provided, as well as any delays or unforeseen events in the delivery of orders.
When you purchase a product on this website, you must check the condition of the packaging upon delivery. If you find that the packaging is damaged upon receipt, you should refuse delivery. Mala Mia is not responsible for any damage, loss, or misplacement resulting from the transport of any order. These situations must be reported and are the sole responsibility of the carrier.
Mala Mia reserves the right not to process orders or refunds in cases of data inconsistency, fraud or customer misconduct, as well as for technical issues beyond Mala Mia's control.
Deliveries
Home deliveries are made by CTT or DPD, and deliveries to a pickup point are made by DPD.
Whenever delivery of your order is impossible due to the customer's absence or an incomplete address, and the order is returned to us, the cost of resending will be the customer's responsibility.
Shipping costs are displayed during the order registration process in the store, in the second step of the shopping cart.
Returns
Free Resolution and Return Period
The customer has the right to cancel the contract without incurring any costs (other than the cost of returning the product to our facilities) and without having to state a reason, within a maximum period of 15 days from the day on which the customer, or a third party indicated by the customer, acquires physical possession of the product. After this period, it will not be possible to offer a refund for the items.
If the customer wishes to exercise the right of free termination of the contract, they must contact us within the aforementioned period, via email: malamia@malamiapt.com and explicitly indicate that they wish to terminate the contract.
The contact made by email must refer to the following information:
- Phone/mobile contact;
Order number;
-Name of the item(s) you wish to return.
After receiving your request to cancel the contract, we will respond as soon as possible.
Return conditions
For a purchase to be eligible for return, the purchased items must be in perfect resalable condition, with no signs of use and in the original packaging. The costs of returning the product are the responsibility of the consumer. Please note that if you decide to return the item(s) collect on delivery, we will not accept the product.
If the items have already been used or altered, we will not accept the return.
Reimbursement
The refund for the products will be processed within 14 days of the date we receive the order. The costs of returning the product are borne by the consumer.
Alternative Dispute Resolution
In case of a dispute, you can resort to an Alternative Dispute Resolution Entity for Consumer Disputes. According to information from the Directorate-General for Consumer Affairs, the ADR Entities are:
